Time Inc. is one of the largest branded media companies in the world, with a portfolio of 95 titles, including some of the world's most popular and trusted brands.

Time Inc. is one of the largest branded media companies in the world. The company engages more than 138 million U.S. consumers in print, online and via mobile devices each month. With influential brands such as TIME, PEOPLE, SPORTS ILLUSTRATED, INSTYLE, and REAL SIMPLE, Time Inc. has owned some of the biggest news stories of the decade and is home to celebrated franchises such as the FORTUNE 500, TIME 100, PEOPLE's Most Beautiful and the SPORTS ILLUSTRATED Swimsuit Issue.

Time Inc. has experienced great success in digital. The Time Inc. Network of sites reaches 50M unique users each month who visit 1.4B pages, putting it among the top 20 largest media companies online. Time Inc. sites like TIME.com, CNNMoney.com, PEOPLE.com and SI.com – leaders in their respective categories – are the first place people go for coverage of major events, including elections, Academy Awards and the Olympics.

As part of Time Inc.'s industry-leading effort to deliver its iconic brands everywhere consumers want them, the company recently launched all 21 of its U.S. titles as tablet editions. Hundreds of thousands of consumers have already upgraded their subscriptions to include digital, with thousands more being added each week. TIME was the first magazine on the iPad when the device launched and subsequent tablet app launches from Time Inc., including PEOPLE, Cooking Light and Entertainment Weekly, have ranked among the top apps in their category.

The company has established itself as a leader in the social media space, sharing branded content including breaking news, celebrity interviews and links to exclusive video footage with nearly 18 million followers on Twitter and nearly 4 million on Facebook. TIME, PEOPLE and InStyle hold the top three spots for magazines on Twitter and through partnerships with social platforms like Foursquare and GetGlue, the brands are reaching new, heavily-engaged audiences every day.

In 2011, Adweek named TIME the "Hottest Magazine" on its annual Hot List and named PEOPLE the "Hottest Entertainment/Celebrity Magazine". Advertising Age named TIME and This Old House to its 2011 A-List and honored TIME, FORTUNE, SI, EW and This Old House with coveted Media Vanguard Awards. Time Inc. brands have recently been celebrated by the industry for everything from photojournalism (TIME's Afghan Girl cover won the prestigious 2010 World Press Award) to diversity (GLAAD honored ESSENCE in 2011 for outstanding journalism).
